10 new rules of hybrid working

This is the video version of a Sunday Times Magazine piece I wrote last weekend about the new rules of work for anyone returning to their office. 

Featuring: hiding from the office stickler, E.T.-esque finger pointers to summon the lift, and all your snacking needs. A subject I am increasingly researching and speaking about.

I spoke to the Head of Ofsted, the Chair of the Education Select Committee, and other MPs, heads, teachers, TAs and, of course, many parents. 

The article will also be in the Sunday Times Magazine. I’m braced for a little hate mail (👋 unions who didn’t want to talk to me)—will share the highlights next week. 

In the meantime, I’ll be interested to know what you think about the new rules.
