Last week‘s HR Technologies Conference at ExCel was like HR Disneyland—a rollercoaster of information that it took me two days to come down from.

Here are my insights:

🤖 Generative AI: why are so many of us hiding from it (half the conference audience hadn’t tried it yet) and what should we be doing? Bill Boorman. (In fact today’s headling was ChatGPT’s suggestion! What do we think?) 

🚓 Talent shortages: Upping the need to find talent in unexpected places, Ben Eubanks

💪🏻 The surprising seesaw between weaknesses and strengths, Jamil Qureshi.

Plus, I learnt a new word this week that might change your day, week, even month… And you know I am not the gushing kind of vlogger.
