One group is VERY UNHAPPY with the office.

The very week that EY’s had flack for announcing they are tracking attendance data, I’ve had a secret data drop from our friends at Randstad (“the leading global partner for talent”) this week.

No one else has this data and no they didn’t pay me to talk about it - I am genuinely FASCINATED. It’s from 12,000 mostly UK-based workers who are in their contact list or visited their website in the second half of last year.

What it shows is where some people thrive in offices, others don’t.
