This week I talked to international HR consultant, Lydik Grynfeltt, explored themes around the different international responses to the crisis—and went on to hypothesise that the post-pandemic office may manifest in a return to something like the Mad Men era.

Meanwhile, DJ D-Sol (aka David Soloman, CEO of Goldman Sachs) said that WFH was an ‘aberration that we’re going to correct as quickly as possible’. Interesting, given that early in the pandemic, he’d said that more flexibility would make Goldman a more attractive place to work.
