Rees-Mogg and lies leaders tell themselves
Jacob Rees-Mogg MP, the British government minister responsible for efficiency, is busy bullying civil servants back into offices—with hissnotty memos and barrage of data-less articles about ‘slackers’ working from home, he’s as convincing as ever…
To be a bit more analytical about this, let’s have a look at research from the Future Forum Pulse, which gathered data from 6 countries (10,800 people).
When asked in October 2021:
75% of bosses said they wanted to come back to work 3-5 days a week
Compared with only 34% of workers.
No big surprise—people with more space, power and pay enjoy being in the office more.
Before you watch the vlog and think about what really impacts on productivity, have a guess: What percentage of bosses are now back five days a week, compared to their teams?
