“WFH is a catastrophe for feminism”

You know that feeling when you leave a discussion and wish (so hard) you’d said something differently that you want to go back in time?

This is exactly what happened to me last week. I was at the Women in Work Summit, on what the chair, Liz Moseley (Good Housekeeping), called a “rowdy” panel with Debbie Wosskow (former AllBright, Love Home Swap). For anyone interested, it got written up by old friends at Management Today

Debbie argued that WFH is a disaster for feminism because all the women working at home will lose power, income, and networks to the men who go to the office. I see her point, but I reckon we’re not asking the right question. Or looking at the data.

Watch the vlog and let me know.
