What we needed to know earlier

We have a treat for you this week! We're featuring the amazing Joeli Brearley, the powerhouse behind Pregnant Then Screwed.

Not sure how impactful her work has been? Consider the political landscape in 2018, when my book was released. Back then, the major political parties weren't seriously addressing the challenges and costs of childcare. Fast forward to today, and we see significant commitments in the King’s Speech, such as increased access to flexible work, free breakfast clubs, and limited branded uniforms in schools.

There's still more to be done, but the fact that these issues are now on the agenda is a huge step forward. Joeli deserves a massive chunk of credit for this shift.

When she shares on the vlog what her experience has taught her, it’s essential that we all listen.

What do you wish you had known sooner?

Summer Break

We're taking a summer break for a few weeks and will be sharing some of the best moments from our archives. The production values might make you wince, but Monty as a teeny puppy will surely make up for it for those of you who tune in just for him…

See you in September 🌞🌞
